swam 1400 yds. and ran 3 on an indoor track. The running is getting faster and starting to feel better, but I wish I had 15 more minutes for the swim. Unless I swim a straight 2000 or even 1650, I don't have enough time to fit it in. But, I really like the swimming. I would rather swim a mile and run 3 than just run 6 miles. Getting up at 4:50 am is hard, but I feel good when I'm done.
swam 1650 ran 1 mile, 4 x 400 sprints. Just couldn't hold on to the little speed I had. No oxygen. How can you breath when you swim but struggle when you run?
