And, I'm back. Sort of. Wisdom teeth are no fun. I am still dying, but I had to get started again eventually. I did one mile on the track, and it felt pretty good until the last 2 laps and then my chest (sternum) started hurting so I did a mile on the elliptical and then did another mile on the track and it felt better and then one more mile on the elliptical. 2 miles running, 2 miles elliptical. I'm happy with that.
9.51, 11.13, 14.18, 9.28, 9.29, 14.40 1:09.15 stopped and walked on some of the uphill, you can see where that takes place and then we walked in some of the last mile to cool down.
I'm not really sure how far I went. I ran for 16.51 and then walked a minute after cresting the first hill. Ran 3.10 and then walked another minute after cresting the next section of the hill. The third hill is the toughest and steepest. Ran 1.00 then walked 1. ran .42, walked 1.00, ran 9.29 downhill, walked 1.00, ran 4.34, walked 3.00, ran 4.21, walked three minutes home. So a lot of walking but I think it was 4 miles total.
