11.53, 8.41 I am thinking that I need to go all out on 1 mile at least once a week and start building my speed from there. Really a nine minute mile isn't all that fast.
28.46-9.25, 8.58, 10.21 fastest one so far. The third one could have been faster but when I got to the top of the hill I thought I wouldn't make it without throwing up so I stopped and walked from 2.31 to 2.36. It's nice to see something under 9
