30 min. spin. I didn't get in a run, but I coached swimming for 3 hours and my feet hurt so bad after. I'm not ever on my feet that long. Good training.
I didn't feel all that great so I was debating whether or not to go, but I'm glad I went. It wasn't fast or far, but it felt good to get out and not give in to my wimpyness. Great weather too.
39.30 boy did it hurt today. I was trying to figure out what changed between today and Friday, and realized it was my diet. Too many cookies and cake and ice cream...Really need to work on nutrition.
ran 1.5 with Marshall but had nothing in the tank. We came home and I ate a bowl of cereal. I walked Scott and Amy to school and then ran 22 min, walked 14 min. Felt a lot better. I took my shoes off for the walk and was playing around with barefoot running. Something to it? Not on asphalt and sidewalks, but I could definitely feel my form change and was a lot springier. I'll have to do some research on it.
