It would have been my fastest at 25.11,  but I can't really count it because I had a minute break in between miles 2 and 3.  8.45, 8.13, 8.13

Water was way too cold this morning so, unlike my three children whose coaches made them get in and swim,  I skipped it.   I spent way too many years jumping into cold water.  It's nice to know that I don't have to any more.

I know, one mile (8.44) is so pathetic but that was all i had time for.  I will hopefully get 2 or 3 in this afternoon.  

1400 yds swim.  Nice and easy.  threw in some extra backstroke to give me shoulder something different to do. It feels a little better today.

my first outdoor 3 mile run this year.  We were in St. George.  I don't know the time.  Around 30 min.

it felt so good to get out and run on the road.  I had some uphill and my splits show it.  After I crested each hill,  I would have to stop and walk for a minute.

3 miles outdoor.  Has to stop early to pick Samantha up in Salt Lake since she was supposed to be in Lehi.  Not a good day.

25 min. spin.  It was tough and I started feeling sick to my stomach. Am getting my wisdom teeth out today so I probably won't get more in for a day or two. I'm a big baby.
